Norton updates every 5 mins using their ‘pulse’ updates.
But does BitDefender company is fast to detect viruses and make updates?

norton update is the fastest i think(every 15 mins or less), the detail most probably will only say streaming virus difinition update(virus/malware site block update via norton safeweb?)…

Kaspersky isn’t as good as the new Norton Internet Security 2009. It’s slower, uses more resources and as you can see, it allows certain malware to be installed on your pc. It may block it from executing but the point is, you don’t want it to be installed at all. Kaspersky isn’t as good as some people like to think, and Norton is now much better than people like to think. Great review Matt.

becoz almost every website(eg,yahoo/google/microsoft/gamefaqs/gamespot/ign) got 3rd party/tracking cookie & default IE accept every cookie so go to tools>internet options>privacy>site to block it(eg,yieldmanger/doubleclick/zedo)

for IE7/vista:
tools>internet options>privacy>advanced & tick override automatic cookie handling, choose 1st party cookies-prompt, choose 3rd party cookies-block, tick always allow session cookies

I KNOW!!! My Norton says that EVERYTIME “tracking cookie”. I know FULLY well there’s some kind of virus or something on my computer. but i order kaspersky 09 Internet security today. I’m dumping norton and never getting it again.

2 why in hell does norton say tracking cookie everytime i make full scan it says resolved and still next scan same shit..
mine says theres a bunch of vulnerabilities but it wont tell me to do anything will kis not do anything untill i have a virus

oh…u can type in avast, then the sponsored links at the top are malicious sites..lol, there are 2 or 3 sites
